Our Policies

Our policies are designed to create an unmatched experience for both customers and providers alike.

Credit Card

To book a service at Frederick's we require a credit card to hold the appointment. Your card will never be charged unless there is a last-minute cancellation, no-show or late arrival. This policy is non-negotiable and is in place to protect our staff from loss of income.

Cancellation / No-Show

We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If you do not cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 100% of your service price for missing your appointment.

This policy also applies to No-show appointments.

Late Arrival

If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or abbreviate all or some of your services so your tardiness does not affect punctual clients. Should your services be abbreviated to accommodate for lost time, you will be charged the full cost of the original scheduled services.

Children

We want your time with us to be rejuvenating, so we request that you leave children under the age of 12 at home to maximize the enjoyment of your experience as well as the other guests. If you arrive to your appointment with a child under 12 your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please note we do not offer services on children younger than 12.

Respect

Here at Frederick's, we have zero tolerance for any disrespect to our staff members. This includes unwanted flirtatious advances or anything of the like. Frederick's Day Spa Salon reserves the right to stop providing service to you at any point.
