Who we are

Frederick's Day Spa Salon has been a staple of Ohio Valley Wellness and Beauty since 1983. Originally opened by Fred DeChiazza and his wife Sharon DeChiazza Frederick's started out as a small hair salon in the Elm Grove section of Wheeling.

Many of the top hair stylists and wellness providers in the Ohio Valley got started here at Frederick's Day Spa Salon. We pride ourselves on continuing to grow our team and our skills to ensure we are providing an excellent experience to every client who comes into our relaxing space.

Our salon is a commission-based salon, meaning that our providers are paid a percentage from their service. That percentage is determined by a myriad of factors like experience level, availability, education, experience, and customer reviews. We have 5 levels of providers in our building giving our providers plenty of room to grow and build the career they want to build.

Our space has been intentionally designed and developed to be a relaxing oasis from the stressors of everyday life. We offer a myriad of services and treatments all with the goal of you relaxing and leaving our space feeling better.
