At Frederick’s we expect our providers to all be on the same team. We are not competing with each other to get clients, space, etc. We are all here for the same common goal. To provide amazing services to our guests. We are a drama free environment. We are all motivating and inspiring each other to take the next step. We support one another whole heartedly and have empathy and understanding when things go wrong.

Here at Frederick’s we expect all team members to have drive and passion in their department. We don’t want team members who are seeking a traditional 9-5. We want driven creatives who love the work they do and want to translate that love into a wonderful experience for their client. We will help you set attainable goals both personally and professionally and help you grow in every area you want too.

Here at Frederick’s we are known for our exceptional customer experience. Boasting a wonderful Customer Support team that is focused on providing every guest with an incredible experience we don't look at clients as dollar signs. We know our guests by name and we create lasting connections and relationships.

Flexible Schedule: We know not everyone wants or needs to work a full 5-day work week. That is why here at Frederick’s we have no requirements for work schedule. You tell us when you want to work and we work around YOU.

Wellness: We take wellness seriously. We meet with each provider at least once a month to talk about LIFE. That’s right. Not only do we coach you and continue your professional growth we also check in with you personally to ensure YOU are okay mentally.

Great Work Environment at an established salon: Frederick’s has undergone massive transformations in the last twelve months. We have remodeled our salon, and improved our nail studio experience, with more improvements on the way our facility is equipped to take you and your client's experience to the next level.

Team Events: Every month we gather as a team outside of work to have fun together. Whether it's a nice dinner or a fun night of bowling we make sure to take time to unplug and get to know each other outside of the salon. These events help us continue to connect and grow together and give all of our providers a sense of community and belonging.
