Frederick's Day Spa and Salon owners Fred and Sharon DeChiazza have been serving Ohio
Valley clients since 1983. We currently have a team of over 30 associates. We offer a wide
range of services in hair, nails, pedicures, massage, facials, waxing and
make-up.Our salon and day spa was created to provide a relaxing haven for personalized
care. And it was purposely designed for an ambiance of intimacy and privacy - the perfect
environment for you to take time for yourself.
It's not only the environment that makes your Fredericks Day Spa Salon experience so
memorable. It's the service. We ensure that you receive the best service and most advanced
treatments by exercising an unwavering focus on education and training. Furthermore, all
of our employees are here because they like it here and enjoy what they do. We wouldn't
have it any other way.
At Fredericks Day
Spa Salon we are here to make your stay with us as pleasurable as possible. Please do not
hesitate to speak with our staff regarding any questions or concerns you may have.
For your comfort:
- All services include complimentary beverages.
- We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you
are taking as some services may be contra-indicated.
- For our guests' consideration, we request that mobile phones and pagers be turned off.
- Please be assured that your safety is our ultimate goal. All salon, spa materials and
equipment have been professionally sanitized for each individual client.
- For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted.
- We request that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home as Fredericks
Day Spa Salon. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. To protect your clothing, we
also ask that you wear a robe or smock that we provide.
- For your convenience during your spa service, we provide robes, slippers, lockers for
personal items, and towels. You may also wear a bathing suit during most spa services.
While we do provide spa sandals for our guests to wear, you are also welcome to bring your
own if you wish.
Gratuities:
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Gift Cards for any dollar amount
do not include gratuity.
Cancellations and Changes:
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum 24-hour notice,
and a 48-hour notice for any package or multiple service change.
Please note the length of service sessions may vary.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee physical service placement. However, we will make every
effort to accommodate your request when you arrive for your appointment.
If a change or cancellation is not made in the above required time, a
service charge equivalent to the service missed will be applied to your
credit card
Children's Policy:
At the Fredericks Day Spa Salon, we understand that you expectand
deservethe very best. In fairness to our guests and for safety purposes, children
under the age of 12 are not permitted on our working floor without an appointment, and may
not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.
Retail & Returns:
Fredericks Day Spa Salon is dedicated to offering the finest hair, skin and nail
care products in the industry. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchases,
retail products may be returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are
issued in the same manner as the original purchase (including gift cards) except for cash
sales. No cash or check purchase refunds will be made at the salon. All cash and check
purchase refunds are processed via check mailed to the customer. Even or like exchanges
may be permitted at the discretion of the salon. Gift cards are not refundable.
