Salon and Spa Policies
Filing Your Credit Card*Effective, September 1, 2018, we will require a credit card on file to book appointments. Your card will never be charged unless there is a last-minute cancellation, no-show or late arrival. We will contact you to confirm any charges before completion.*
Late Arrival PolicyIf you are late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or abbreviate all or some of your services so your tardiness does not affect punctual clients. Should your services be abbreviated to accommodate for lost time, you will be charged the full cost of the original scheduled services.
Cancellation PolicyWe ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 100% of your service price for missing your appointment. Cancellations are accepted over the phone, can be left on our voicemail, or through messaging us on our Facebook page.
No-Show PolicyIf you no-show on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.
Child PolicyWe want your time with us to be rejuvenating, so we request that you leave children under the age of 12 at home to maximize the enjoyment of your experience as well as the other guests.
Retail & ReturnsFrederick's Day Spa Salon is dedicated to offering the finest hair, skin and nail care products in the industry. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchases, retail products may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original purchase (including gift cards). Even or like exchanges may be permitted at the discretion of the salon. Gift cards are not refundable.
For Your Comfort
- All services include complimentary beverages.
- We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated.
- For our guests' consideration, we request that mobile phones be turned off.
- Please be assured that your safety is our ultimate goal. All salon, spa materials and equipment have been professionally sanitized for each individual client.
- For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted.
- We request that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home as Frederick's Day Spa Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items. To protect your clothing, we also ask that you wear a robe or smock that we provide.
- For your convenience during your spa service, we provide robes, slippers, and lockers for personal items. You may also wear a bathing suit during most spa services. While we do provide spa sandals for our guests to wear, you are also welcome to bring your own if you wish.
GratuitiesTipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Gift Cards for any dollar amount do not include gratuity.
